Shipping Policy
Processing & Production Time All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 2–4 business days
- Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Shipment Receiving Costs: Many of the products are built in the US so if you are ordering from Europe or rest of world, you may have additional importation charges from the final delivery carrier which will not be known in the checkout process. We are working to improve our global footprint to bring these products in a cheaper and faster way in the future. (Note: All Hats are available in both US and Europe so no additional import charges.)
Split Shipments Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages. This can occur when items are produced at different facilities or completed at different times. As a result, you may receive more than one delivery for a single order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which will be sent to you by email as soon as it's dispatched.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience.
