By placing an order with Thinking Epic (thinkingepic.com), you agree to the following terms.

1. Our products All products are custom-printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Product colors may vary slightly from screen representations due to monitor settings and printing processes.

2. Orders Once an order is placed and sent to production, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Pricing and payment All prices are in EUR (or the currency shown for your region). We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Shipping Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

5. Returns and refunds Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. As our products are custom-printed, the EU right of withdrawal exemption for personalised goods applies.

6. Intellectual property All designs sold on this store are owned by Thinking Epic. Reproduction or resale without permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability Thinking Epic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price paid.

8. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. EU consumer protection laws apply where mandatory.
